Do you have a place in this years Great South Run? If so why not dedicate it to raising money for Enable Ability by joining our team. All you have to do is register below to run for us as one of the team, we will send you an Enable Ability tee-shirt to wear on the day…then just download a sponsorship form to raise much needed funds. 

This years event will be held on Sunday 24^th October 2010 and run over a 10 mile course around the southern part of Portsmouth. Do not worry if you do not have a place, you can still help by sponsoring Sooty to run for you. Why not download a sponsor form and get your friends and family to sponsor Sooty as well? All funds raised will go towards much needed Enable Ability projects…so go on, what are you waiting for, make a difference and help the cause of disabled people in Portsmouth.

Do not forget to keep a look out for Sooty on the day. He will be waving his magic wand at you and hoping to hear your shouts of support…
