This Service has been funded in 2020 by the Good Things Foundation to whom we are very grateful for their support.

Why not join us and improve your computer and IT skills?

All our computers have internet and printer access.

Rachel and a volunteer provide sessions in groups and also offer one-to-one training if required.

Their mission is to help you use all kinds of PC-based technology such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones to make your life easier.

There are no real set agendas and all training/coaching is provided based on the needs of the individuals attending.

For example some of the subjects we have helped people with recently are:

  • Preparing and submitting a CV online
  • Managing benefits claims online
  • Safe internet usage when browsing or buying.
  • Creating and managing an email account
  • Downloading and printing files
  • Uploading photos from your camera or mobile device
  • Using a tablet such as a Kindle for online browsing
  • Managing files and folders
  • And so much more....
