Hampshire Youth Project is for young people aged 18 to 25 years living in South East Hampshire. We only accept young people living in Portsmouth if they attend a Hampshire school or college.
The Project aims to provide young people with a mild to moderate learning or physical disability, or an additional need, with the opportunity to engage in a variety of planned activities as part of a n inclusive and supportive group setting. This enables young people to interact and socialise with other peers on a regular basis. A focus is on improving life skills for all young people; including building confidence, independence, friendships and developing socialisation, communication skills, and preparing for employment.
