So the Portsmouth Teenage Project enjoyed a fantastic half term last week with an action-packed four days of activities in Hayling Island, Playzone, go-karting in Gosport, cycling with Wheels for All and climbing at Clip n' Climb.

With a record number of young people attending the holiday scheme, it certainly kept staff busy! But new girls Sophie and Charlotte enjoyed every minute of their first week working for the project and will be returning for our Friday evening activities, hurrah!

Over the four day period, we had a total number of 68 young people through the doors with Playzone being the best attended day! On the same day, we encouraged the young people to walk a mile across the King George V Playing Fields (in the pouring rain) to work up an appetite for a McDonalds lunch, followed by a minibus journey into town for a visit to Scoops for some tasty ice cream! The other food establishment visited during the week was Taco Bell which was a popular choice for most but not with others, too many vegetables for some!!

Enjoy a small selection of photos taken of our week...
